Basingstoke Model Rally and Exhibition

I went along on the Saturday and as you say Andy the weather was not the best unfortunately. But I was very impressed with the number of miniatures and the work on display in the hall too. I particularly liked the model Armstrong winding engine the original having been built for a lead mine in Northumberland.

I took some pics but none as good as yours but this one amused me.
