wow, when I was a kid I use to drive the Burrell Steam Roller 'The Hero' in these pictures on this thread, would love to get that picture. I spoke to the Hollybush Landlord about holding a gathering this year in May at the start of the season like we did last year at The Three Grey Hounds, Alostock in April. The person who owns the Hollybush is not interested so we are looking at other pubs in the area. Last years gathering was great, Saturday was a lovely spring day and Sunday was bloody cold and it rained hard. Anyway this year my engine will be ready, in steam and with lights (I hope).
