The gent who is in the shed next to me at the engines living quarters has a 6ton Piston Valve Aveling. He had pump issues so had a typical aveling clack made up with an extra large flange to mount on the 4 studs used as pump mounts. Looks splendid. The other think I have seen done, is an injector feed into the pump body, using the clacks already part of the pump casting. Obviously depends where your cracks/issues are in the casting assuming you have one.
