Try a local hydraulic repair shop. You should be able to get a sleeve that will allow you to machine it to fit. If you can then manage a drawing of the ports, a laser cutting shop should be able to cut them precisely for you.

Thanks I do have an original drawing, I hears there were some original ones still around I was trying to get one of them, but I guess I'll have to make one
