This contact may be out of date because it relates to work ages ago but: Paul Hambley Chemical Drums Ltd Third Ave, Trafford Park, Manchester 0161 848 7137 They take in drums and clean them out. They have all sorts of grades and all sorts of prices and do 205 litre and IBC's. Hope that helps!
