This thread reminds me that I need to contact whoever holds the Foden traction engine records. I am specifically interested in Foden No.2012 an 8NHP engine that survives in Tasmania. I need more details of this engine or type of engine for an article for the RLS Journal.
Thank you.
Paul

With respect, all you need is a full size drawing and a scale ruler? I know this is not going to provide manufacturing information but it where all scale engines start from.

Steve Lake has a set of 3inch drawings, I gave them to him. But I don't have his currently contact details or if he still lives in Tewksbury or not.

He used to be, but don't know if he still is. I think he went by steamer77 or something like that. I sold him a 3inch Foden D type and gave him the drawings as well around 10 years ago I would of thought.

I think the company he used to work for is no longer in business. I don't know where he is working now or if he still lives in Tewksbury. He used to be a member of a club who hold a rally on Tewksbury Rugby Club for miniatures. But I cannot rember what they are called. I just remembered MSRVS there called
