van is in pretty good condition, justs needs tidying up and a repaint. new roof in 2005 including tin sheets, good solid floor and running gear, stove inside but no chimney swince the new roof, needs new window frames and few boards on the outside need re fixing, some of the wood in the door has also gone rotten, still has its eddison plates, £4500 ono Kent pictures on request after the weekend. or call me 07984352820
