I've started this as a new thread because the system won't let me" post a reply" to Timothy Hackworths original post.

This is a wonderful book and, as Anthony says, is hard to come by.

I paid £100 for my copy a year or two ago, and at that time I saw copies advertised on the internet for £300+.

Anthony, if you've got a copy I'm surprised you're prepared to part with it.
