CAV Electric Headlamps, 12Volt Gardner Starter?

Not Steam, but having added a 1935 Foden 'S' Type, Gardner engined tipper wagon to the fleet, I need a pair of period headlamps.

The original build sheet tells me that it was kitted out with a "CAV lighting and charging set" but I've no more idea than that what type were actually fitted - what has anyone got going spare?

Also a 12volt pre-engaged starter for the 5LW?

What type do you want?

I can point you in the direction of a pair of stirup mounted ones with Aluminum bezels, resilvered reflectors etc etc good to go.

Basically the standard late 1920's, early 1930's commercial lamps by CAV, but they may be a bit early for you
