![]() Despite the weather forecast, sunshine was present in only limited amounts and not always when it was needed. This is a great event, the engines constantly play 'hide and seek' in splendid surroundings and challenge the photographer to find them. Not to be missed and well worth the considerable effort to do it as a day trip from West Gloucestershire.

![]() That is awesome, so the question is which sled had the biggest drag that one or wetland? For entertainment I got to say the roller did it for me, such a rough looking engine but my gosh in fine fetal to do that

![]() That was the Sunday run with the regulator open not just the double high!.
There was an' incentive' from a very well known Mclaren owner to make sure I didn't get to the end lol The sled has a blade it can put down to stop the tractors at the end of the run. If you look closely the weight was put straight up to the front and then the blade was lowered bringing the ass end of the sled up, the wheels on the sled were off the ground, this should have stopped the old girl but it just powered on in SECOND GEAR! The sled operator was dumb struck that he couldn't stop her. Oh and yes she is very worn out so I was amazed at the power left in her. |
