Default Anglesey 2014 Saturday

It's never very warm in the wind on the Mona Showground and this year was no exception, however the sun was shining all day and there was plenty to see. A nice turn out of engines but no Fodens, apart from young Jack's 3" wagon. The arena is nice and large so it never seems overcrowded at the rails. All in all, a good day out with stunning views of the Snowdon range.

Those miniatures on the banked section of the race track look quite spectacular.

You win the prize Dave. Do you like nuts in your cakes? I think I'll slip something in each time to see who paying attention.

Great pics as ever, impressed with the tractor in your name!

I passed the cakes out at the evening barbeque, by the time I got there they had gone, must have been good!

Thank you

Ian

That's the problem with cakes they vanish far to quickly, i saw a couple placed too close to Broken Firebar which put them in mortal danger !.

Purely to be sociable, Brother William took a sudden interest as well as did any passing engineman, 2/3 of a cake gone in 20 seconds, although it was never established what happend to the other 1/3 which had vanished before i arrived !.
