Indeed. However, the beauty of night time photography (especially at places like GDSF!) you generally have a long exposure on your camera and so it doesn't bother me when I'm in the middle of taking photos that literally dozens of people can walk by in front of my camera - they'll be a blur or at best, invisible! But I don't take kindly to people who loiter for too long since they will be picked up by my camera (like the photo of the yachts for example)
