![]() Anyway I can only guess that being an Aveling it must belong to a discerning Man of Steam Not a very discerning man of steam of course, otherwise he would have stuck with Fowlers But hey! we all have aberrations and brain failures now and again and this guy must have a soft spot, ( probably Fenn's Moss) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I wonder whether the owner will be needing a new mobile beer shelf?

![]() Cracking event, not been before, missed the pie rolling, but nevertherless, nice little turn out of engines, including the latest which I am led to believe "arrived in the dead of night", plenty of TTrs about as well

![]() A massive thanks to all who came and supported us. We had visitors from as far as Manchester and deepest Shropshire. Apologies if I didn't get to thank you in person. As Mr Contractor said there was a surprising number of the steam community present - a really welcome development . That may have been due to the new engine in the area, I think I was the only person in South Cheshire who didn't know about it. The event raises money for local charities and the guys bring their kit at no cost to the village and massive cost to themselves. So a big thanks to:
Mr Basil Mr Boesing Mr Millington Mr Sawman The bloke that brought the new engine Mr Black Mr je for some fantastic photos Mr Bee and the bike - I see that no-one took up the challenge and provide more spectator sport. Cheers M |
