I have for sale an original brass smokebox door nameplate entitled The "Garrett" Wagon.
This is a rare brass plate originally fitted to the smokebox door of The Garrett Superheated
Wagon. Very few of these wagons now survive adding to its rarity value.
The plate weighs 1.75 kilos and has an o/a dia. of 11.75 inches. Cast into the rear is the
casting ? number SL49. Condition is very original. The plate is heavily dished.
If the plate does not make its money, it will stay on the wall.
