The pasties were about half the size they should of been and just charcoal all the way through... the sausage roll however... had a good layer of charcoal on it but was fine in the middle!!!
We've not tried pie as yet in the smokebox Steve, next season will have to try one... another excuse to make a good steak n ale pie! Typically just spuds... although we did leave one in for about 3 weeks... its was very low in calories... and well cooked!!
