You certainly have to keep a tight hold. Getting yourself wedged in against the drill works well. If it grabs, which it will, it will try to throw you away. It is possible to keep hold of them if you are wedged against something. Definately not for the faint hearted or lighter framed amongst us. If you have air, a large windy drill may be worthy of consideration. They tend to be a little easier to control, and not quite so viscous when they grab.
