I am just finishing an Aveling van. I couldn't find any Whitworth coach bolt suppliers, but my approach to the problem was to have some Whitworth 'look-a-like' square nuts made that are approximately the correct A/F dimensions, but are threaded M12, so will make a modern M12 coach bolt look near identical to a pre-WW2 1/2" Whitworth coach bolt (they have shamfered corners, so look pretty good). I do have some spares that I could sell you, if you are interested. I have a picture of the nuts, if you want to see before you buy. Just drop me a line.
