‘Rosetta’
Rosetta is a 1919 BS single slide valve 10T Aveling and porter. The engine is in great condition in all aspects including boiler, tender, gears, paintwork, motion etc. and definitely will provide many years of rallying with nothing other than routine maintenance.
5 years left on the hydraulic and has passed its steam test a couple of weeks ago with flying colours so is ready for this coming rally season. See picture for thicknesses.
A brilliant engine on the road, a very good and very original engines.
