Hi I'm Ruth Lancaster, representing Smallwood Vintage Rally, been on the show circuit 20 odd years and never heard that one before! I even posted the comments on our Facebook page to see if any of our hundreds of members could throw some light on the problem with the form ...and drew a blank!!
