I'm interested in the size of the tyers, how the hub fits the wheel, the reason they have been fitted and when they were fitted.

This may seem a tryful rude, but the reason I'm asking is that my engine was fitted during its working life whith pneumatic front tyers aswell.
I have a picture of it taken in the 40's and they were fitted then so it was a working day thing. They had to move the perch forward to give them extra clearance. The engine went back to Burrell to have wider rear's with solid rubber tyres too prior to this.
