For sale – Fowler plougher living van number 947 built in 1868, oldest in existence. Last used commercially in about 1895 and then stored from 1895 until 2002 - it missed the twentieth century and two World Wars. It was restored between 2002 and 2004 using many original timbers and original fittings. Original layout mainly preserved – for 4 men and therefore likely to have been supplied with a single engine set and ground anchor. Space for toilet installed behind traditional meat safe. Wheels have been rubbered. Back box and belly box original and sound. 12 volt electric lights and 240 volts socket fitted. It has since been stored in the dry.
