Aveling and Porter Roller for sale
1896 Aveling and Porter, R6 steam roller for sale. No.3781. Single cylinder inside flywheel (narrow configuration). Bought new by Lord Langattock, Hendre Estate, Monmouth and licenced as No.37 on Monmouths County Council Listing. New boiler, box barrel and tubeplate in 1996. Lagged and re-painted to a very high standard in 2012. This is a rare chance to obtain this type of Aveling roller. Pictures of engine can be seen on August 2013 Old Glory Magazine.
