Burrell blowdown valve (new)
Brand new Burrell type blow-down valve.
This valve is externally as per a Burrell valve, but benefits from modern parallel sleeve packing, as available from S&B, HSS etc The idea being that it is possible to simply replace the packing sleeve once worn and avoid all the issues with leaks you get with a taper valve. Body is made of bronze, spindle of stainless.
Tried and tested design on a number of engines (even fitted to a couple of scenics). This is new and unused, ready to go (hydraulic tested at 400PSI).
Made by a first class engineer and Burrell owner. You will not see anything better in terms of quality.
