Isleport Steam and Vintage Working Show
This weekend 27th 28th July will see the first ever Isleport Steam and Vintage Working Show being held at Highbridge Somerset TA9 4QX
Featuring the Mike Lawrence Collection of Vintage Machinery, many rare and unique items will be on display.
6 full sized steam engines and 10 miniture engines are expected, including the first outing in 16 years of Marshall Tandem Roller 87125. Vintage Commercials, Cars, Motorbikes, Tractors, Military Vehicles and a military living history encampment will also be on display.
There will also be working demonstrations of hay making, ploughing, wood sawing, threshing and hopefully corn milling.
We are also very pleased to welcome the South West Tractor Pullers Association who will be demonstrating the worlds most powerfull motor sport over the two days.
Our very own Pride of Somerset, JR will also be on display in his glass commentary box!
Adults £6, OAP £5, Accompanied children under 16 FREE! 10am to 5pm both days. Any profits made will be split between the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and Macmillan Cancer Support.
