I was successful in buying oxygen bottles (I use oxy-propane) through an advert in my local paper. I had two genuine replies and got bottles from two vendors at £30 each and, of course, it's closer to home. Beware of characters who sound as if they are going to steal bottles to order! If you're not fixed up already you might try this. Good luck.
