Fowlers had some very heavy press gear , which they used for such items as mouldboards .
It would not be difficult to turn a pattern to cast one , the most awkward thing might be finding a decent piece of wood to start with . A grey iron casting might not polish up the same colour as your present one , or your other one if yours is a compound . An SG iron casting would be more silver , only possibly more awkward to machine ; it might start to ring and chatter .
I would have thought that some kind person might lend you one which would thicken up inside with filler to make a pattern , complete with a centre boss inside for chucking .
