Why?
We had a conversation about the tower as well, but came up with no constructive answer, so when asked by two punters on Sunday afternoon the first was told it was for housing 'doves', and the second was informed it was a 'Scandinavion Pizza Oven' and that replicas could be found in Ikea, they seemed to go away happy enough.
