Listed on behalf of a friend who is selling his 1902 Aveling & Porter RC10 overhead compound (Fowler type cylinder block) roller "Duchess of Kent". Fully restored, new boiler by Bicknells also new firebox and front tubeplate fitted 13 years ago. Mechanically in good condition, fully tested and is a regular rally atttender in Kent / Sussex. Price scarifier currently fitted, although the vendor has the correct type Morrison scarifer which he intended to fit but is currently off the engine and unrestored.
