Northchapel Rally OFF

It is with great regret that I have had to take the decision to cancel the Northchapel Steam Rally this year, unfortunately a couple of our committee have suffered serious health problems and are unable to devote the time required to organise the rally. It has not been an easy decision to make and we are sorry for the disappointment this may cause.
