I am having a bit of a clearout of duplicate/redundant items - all proceeds going to the Fowler!
I bought two of these on EBAY about 18 months ago - one is for my Colchester (used twice so far as I tend to do all my work in a 4 jaw chuck) and the other one was for a friend who ended up requiring a D1-8 fitting so he never had this off me
These pictures are of the one I unpacked to use - the chuck I am selling here is still in its
unopened wooden crate.
It is complete with chuck key and internal/external jaws, although one set is not shown in the picture - they are under the chuck. The chuck has an integral D1-6 camlock fitting - there is no detachable backplate.
I bought them on the understanding that the bodies are SG iron but looking at the specifications available on the internet the 3544 model is listed as steel - even better! However I am not 100% sure either way - I am happy to be corrected on this by anybody who is more informed than I.
£300 plus courier or you can collect from Cardiff.
If there is no interest here then I will put it on EBAY.
