We have one but it's a bit larger than that. GB type - 5 tons? - have got the build sheet for it from Grantham. Ruston diesel engine. Ex Berkshire C.C and later F. J. Dunkerton of Broadbridge Heath, reg. no. is HMO 453 still on DVLA computer but not taxed since 1989. Looks rough but isn't seized and should run... welcome to have a go! I used to work in the old Aveling Barford factory. I know it doesn't help but it's interesting.

There is an Aveling Barford GF for sale on the RRA site http://www.r-r-a.org.uk/ that you may or may not have seen, its been on there a while. You may also be better posting a wanted ad on their site than on TT.
