Harewood Arms - Drive it Day

I spent a day with Ian Fearnley and family and their Sentinel DG6T no. 8803, with David Parkin driving us from the shed to the Harewood Arms near Leeds for a few and later back to the shed. We were joined by David's son Kevin and Steve Corfields and their Wallis Advance roller 7920.

3 miniatures, 2 or 3 classic cars and the same number of classic motorcycles were also in attendance.

We all had a fantastic day, the sun shone, beer flowed and the rain kept away - I even had a couple of runs behind the wheel of the DG6 up the track back at the farm to finish off the day ! All I can say is "I want one!"

A selection of pics from Sunday:

A big thanks to everyone for a very enjoyable day.

Cheers ! I was wearing a proper 'Theakstons' item for most of the day and only removed it when we returned to the farm thinking we were finished, but when the unexpected opportunity arose for a blast up the drive, I jumped straight in the cab without a care for anything else (twice):p!

Just want a go in an S6 now ;)!
