4 inch Fowler R3 Road Loco

Engine that isnt common on the rally circuit, built in 1990 and has had a lot of work to improve it in my ownership inluding cylinder work, port improvement to enlarge passageways, crank journal re-ground then new big ends, main bearings, new little ends on roller bearings. It has been geared up and has all wheels vulcanised by reliant rubber.

Boiler is in good condition and runs at 150psi, The thickness of the plates look good and boiler tubes are 7 years old, It will come with a new set of tubes and cert bought in january 2024.

I have had it on independant boiler inspectors since ive owned it but this year i decided to get hydralic and steam test through my local model engineers club for convience to me. So it will require a new hydralic test in 2026 and will come with the blanking plates i used.

It will come with a single and double driving seat
