Sorry to inform all those who come to me for a chat and any advice on building the 3'' Marshall or 3'' Maclaren and 4'' Ruston, . But due to the inefficiency of our once great Royal Mail Postal Services, I failed to receive my application for Outside Fosseway Steamers, and before I realised it was late I contacted Avril, who stated that they were sent out early spring and as they had not received one back from me assumed that I would not be going so allocated my place to someone else. This is after 25 years of loyal attendances. So will not be there this year. Hope those that are going find what they want and see what they have come to see and obtain what they are looking for and above all have a good time at the show.

Here's hoping to see you all next year, if I haven't succumbed to the wooden suit!!!!

Thats a great shame, surely they could have squeezed you in?

A thousand pounds says there will be one or two no-showers, there usually is every year I've been there. Folks book in and then don't appear. Something I have never done. Too late now have made alternative arrangements.
