Great Dorset Steam Fair - 28/8/16

The weather was a little disappointing, in the morning. Drizzle and light rain on-and-off but things improved in the afternoon, thankfully. The number of engines this year was a little higher compared with last year, despite the date change. Upon managing to go around all steam sections twice within the time I was on-site, I saw 201 full-size engines including 2 still under restoration and 2 "Diesel Conversions" (these 4 are not included in album). Although a lot of engine are regulars and some I've seen at other rallies, there was a double figure number of engines which I haven't seen before including the ones which have only recently returned to steam and the visitor from New Zealand
