Crumbria Steam Gathering
 

A few pictures here of the engines at the Cumbria steam Gathering, not great pictures as I forgot my camera so only had my phone.
We were on holiday in The Lakes so decided to take a trip to this gathering and what a great event it was, we really enjoyed our time there..

Glad you enjoyed it Wendy, I am the chap driving the Fowler Steam Wagon in picture 5. I presume you took that picture on the Sunday, because on the Saturday I managed to get stuck in the arena and had to be towed out by the six legged sentinal.
The shame of it...............

At least I had an excuse getting our Marshall Roller stuck Saturday morning but you weren't the only steam wagon to get stuck. However, you more than made up for it with a superb run to the Engine Inn on Saturday night, thanks once again on behalf of Jane's crew.

The highlight of most of the rallies we attend is the run out to the pub!
Also managed to get a picture on the website of our local rag.
