What the old boys used before the days of pressure washers back at the yard. Better than the stirrup pump they used out an about!.

Needs a hose, a nozzle, a wooden handle, a bucket and some packing.

Its big and heavy and in the way £40 to clear.

Could also be used as a hydraulic test pump.
