Wiston Steam Rally - 9th & 10th July
 

The sixth Wiston Steam Rally is being held this weekend (9th & 10th July).

We expect to have 50 steamers this year including rollers, road locomotives, lorries, showman's engine.

This year we will have a special display of more than 90 BSA Bantam motorbikes.

hi Douglas just wondering what route and rough time as i my come and find you!

North from the Washington roundabout on the A24 to Ashington. Pass under the A24 into Hole Lane. All the way to the end and turn left on the A283 towards the rally site. Hoping to leave at about 10:30 ish. Should be there for midday, taking it slowly as I am singlehanded.

Yep almost all packed and ready to go, 2nd time for us at Wiston, loved last year and loads of play space with a nice hill to work the engine.
Really looking forward to it and the weather looks like it should be OK, not a scorcher but pleasent enough thumbsup
