there is a pattern listed on the NTET Pattern Register, but I do not know who owns it

Look at the patterns list on the NTET website , contact the organiser and he will put you on to the owner of the pattern . .

I aquired a blast pipe for my Marshall S-Type a couple of years ago from David Ragsdale, not sure if he has the pattern for yours but may be a good starting point.
