LOOKING FOR APPROX 26FT OF TRACTION ENGINE SUCTION LIFTING HOSE FOR MY WALLIS.
1" OR 1 1/4 " BORE

I am well aware HSS and the such sale this, im trying my luck else where first

I had mine made by a supplier of fuel hose. Lovely wire bound hose with the tails bound it as part of the manufacturing process. I had to give them the length, diameter and what tails I required.

Second hand hose.
 

Hi Rob,

The engine I look after (a Garrett 4CD), had a replacement hose a year or two ago & because the owner was feeling a bit 'flush' at the time. Rather than the old hose failing, I know not in it's first flush of youth bit is serviceable & would clean up well.

If interested, I could double check the measurements & get back to you if you like?
As I know the owner was planning on selling it on, being that it is in a pretty good condition.

Rob, I had a length of hose for the Advance off one of Darchy's fuel delivery wagons, it works handsome.

Hiya steve, yeah he has offered me about 10 miles of the stuff lol.
I was hoping for something a little bit more uum Fitting i spose but.
May come to that as i refuse to pay what i was quoted.

A while back he did have some black hose, the latest lot is reddy pink which is a bit unorthodox but as it was free I can live with it. I've got a few miles of green armoured suction hose that's 2" which is what I've used on the Fowler if that's any help.
