Chipmaster Gearbox

I'm looking for a gearbox for my Chipmaster if anyone has one. Parts or knackered, anything considered. I'm trying to repair mine!

Cheers

Ive got bits and bobs from chipmaster lathes, is it the variator, metric or Imperial gearbox you want?

If it's a variator now is the time do ditch it and go down the VFD route with a new motor, much quieter.

The variator can be repaired easily provided it has not had the wrong oil used in it, If they are noisy it is generally caused by pitted cones, take the cones to somebody who knows how to use a cylindrical grinder and reface them. The backlash adjustment is critical as is the correct oil (Shell Tellus R10 ). If the balls are badly pitted it will be noisy if not this could be a cheap repair( I have repaired 4 or 5 of them )

Thanks to those who've tried to help so far, but is there nobody out there who has, or knows of, a broken Variator? Please?!!
