I know that you are looking for a 20-30ft living van but I have a 14ft van for sale which you might be interested in. It is a re-pro only 2yrs old. Very clean and ready to go. If you look in my ads you will find some good pics. Has fire, gas hob, fridge,electric socket and lights. In pristine condition. Only two years old and built on a conventional caravan chassis, double axle. Easy to tow.
