Traction-Talk - Printing Blocks

Boxful of copper engraved printing blocks (mounted on wooden bases) . Mostly from Easton & Johnson Ltd., Taunton, depicting products made by the firm, including:

"Steam Winch or Hoisting Engine; Bandsaw; Circular saw with combined Electric Motor; Centrifugal Pumps; Tandem Compound Stationary Steam Engine; Totally Enclosed Vertical Engine & Dynamo; Pulverisers; Vertical 3-throw Pump."
About two dozen blocks in all...no doubt used to illustrate the firms catalogues. Where dated these vary from 1912 to 1946.
