Anyone have anymore info on the Engine with S, H & L Steam Engineers Ronmey Marsh on the canopy?

I do not remember that I have ever seen that traction engine with crane.
Does someone have some information about this, please?

It is a much doctored Aveling roller

It had a plate on the side "4 ton 3 Speed Patent Compound Stratton-Hatcher & Landi Steam Engineers, Kent" it was road registered GN09 SHZ
