No the link is just for an email address. it should automatically open and start an email much like you find on peoples websites. There's just a small language barrier but to be honest Bemco has done pretty dam well without using a translator :D

The chap in question also sent me an e-mail to enquire on the whether my 4" was still for sale, so I think it is genuine ... :)
