Victorian Oven/Stove Range 'Belle' Type

I'm having my Aveling Roller Living Van restored and I am looking for a 'Belle' type oven stove (victorian range) to go just inside the door.

Preferably a smaller one as possible, as the van itself is not very big!

Thanks

There are usually one or two offered on Ebay under 'Cast Iron Range'. They frequently have cracked top plates due to overheating in their past life, a point to look out for. They run from 24" wide upwards, in two inch increments. I have a 26" Belle in a Bomford van.

Thank you for your suggestions,

I have been keeping an eye out on Ebay, but they all seem to be 32" length and quite deep, which would take up the majority of space in the door way of a little roller van.

I guess the small (er) ones are more desirable.

The stove you have described is exactly what i'm after!

Thanks again,

It might be expensive but this place restores them and seems to have Belle stoves as a specialty.

Here is a different make specific for narrow boats and shepherds huts, again maybe to pricey though.

This place in Blackburn is an Aladdin's cave to explore in the shed and I ended up with a queenie stove for our living van. Give them a call and explain what your looking for as he is very helpful
