Sellindge Steam Rally - no more
 

:(Sadly I’ve just had confirmation from Jenny Hollingsbee that after 43 years the Sellindge Steam Rally will no longer continue, there are various reasons but losing money on the event was the major factor.

Many thanks go to the Birch family and their supporters for providing such a good event over the years.

Another one bites the dust.

That is a pity, a good small Rally and an interesting yard to nose around too.

No Preston this year as far as I know. Hope Woodchurch is on again.

As far as I know it is Bob, Bill Giles, the organiser, rang me a month or two back about attending. 1/2 Aug, IIRC

Indeed, 1st &2nd Aug. According to their Facebook page invites were sent out with Christmas cards.
