6" burrell traction engine
 

Hi all,

I am selling a 6" burrell traction engine on Behalf of a friend the engine was built in 1986 by D.B.Willcox. It is one of two that he built. It has vulcanised rubber wheels, current boiler certificate and 10 year hydraulic certificate lasting till 2024. It has just undergone a major overhaul, being fitted with a new liner, piston rings, bearings and has been fully repainted.

It is quite a well known engine on the rally field and has done quite a few miles on the road and will sit at 9/10mph quite happily and has provided much fun for everyone involved. The reason he is selling is to move on to a bigger engine.
