Aveling and Porter Horse and Invicta

Evening folks

A rummage through my box of "stuff that will come in handy sometime" has resulted in out an original horse and Invicta emblem.

Now I am blushing when I say this but I happen to know that it is from a 1921 10 ton F type piston valve compound roller but I assume that it will manage to grace the front of a range of similar machines.

I also have an as-cast replica horse and Invicta which were cast from the emblems a 1906 6 ton roller - altogether much smaller than the 10 ton one but it would be great for a 6 inch Aveling replica.

I am looking for somewhere in the region of £150 for the first, £50 for the second. Or I might swap them for something interesting/useful.

Feel free to pm me or email rustytrucks@mail2world.com

Looks like the original is sold and there is interest in the replica...........but if that situation changes I will post an update.
