Traction-Talk - 4/5 birth Caravan for sale

Due to up grading i am selling my 1993 Fleetwood Garland 148/5 caravan, i have had this van for 5 years, it all works, hot water, gas fire, fridge, water pump and toilet. Comes complete with very large Dorma awning and 2 aqua roll water containers. This is a 21 year old caravan and has been well used. Externally the bottom corners on the rear panel are holed and in need of repair and the front plastic cover around the A frame is cracked and bits have snapped of it. Neither of these affect the function of the van. i have removed the outside light and mad up a strip of LED lights which plug in for the awning which is far superior to the out light.

Internally the worst part is the upholstery to the rear seat/bed cushion which are thread bear on the seems and have been patch before we had it. (never got around to redoing due to work on traction engine more important!) Curtaims have been replaced with roller blinds alround. Floor is solid and i am no expert but seems dry, you can see water marks in the rear locker but i have had no problems since i have had it. Its classed as a 5 birth but the pull out bunk bed is only good for children up to 10 years and the lower bed isnt a full width double, but again good for 2 children

Van had new tyres last year - proper heavy load tyres. Tows extremley well.

I will put some photos up at the weekend once i have washed it and clear all our equipment out. It will be going on ebay on sunday.
